The Company
This global full service events and experiential marketing agency are leaders in their field and with a truly global reach they have continued to grow their forward thinking, collaborative team. Working a hybrid office/home working schedule, their success is rooted in delivering truly exceptional projects for their growing client base.
Providing end to end exhibition solutions they manage all elements of exhibition design and build, from standard shell schemes to bespoke builds, creative and interactive exhibition stands and feature areas for a range of clients. With experienced in-house creative and build teams this agency always offers a custom service for the complex projects that they deliver!
The Role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Exhibition Project Manager to join their exhibition custom build team in their Surrey based office. This role will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project with responsibilities including:
- Taking the initial client brief
- End to end project management
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
- Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing and communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
- On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
The Candidate
To be considered for this Exhibition Project Manager role candidates should ideally be working in a similar role for either an exhibition design agency or an event agency delivering large scale exhibition and tradeshow stand projects. Exhibition Project Managers from other project management backgrounds such as experiential, temporary structure or retail build may also be considered. Knowledge of build materials, an understanding of CAD software and an IOSH certificate would be beneficial but are not essential. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Exhibition Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
