The Role:
There is now an opportunity to join the events team as an Exhibition and Event Manager. This candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of exhibitions and shows within the venue. Key responsibilities include:
- Client, organiser and stakeholder management
- Managing organiser arrangements in alignment with other shows within the venue
- Revenue and budget management
- Briefing internal stakeholders
- Liaising with all external services and suppliers
- Ensuring all venue and local authority regulations are met
- Overseeing and managing H&S
- Supporting junior team members
- Managing the post-event process, including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- On the floor event management (evenings and weekends can be required)
- Promoting services at the venue to meet annual revenue targets
- Representing the business at industry events
The Candidate:
To be successful as an Exhibition & Event Manager, you will have previous experience managing the delivery of exhibitions and/or shows within a venue environment.
