Are you a Exhibition Designer in the events or exhibition space looking for a business to work on a mixture of project scales, supporting the team on the largest and most significant projects and tenders, and also solely other projects. You will work for a Design and build agency.

The Company:

This company are a creative and collaborative design agency based in Warwickshire, this company specialises in crafting immersive brand environments for exhibitions, events, and interiors. They have a lot of industry experience and a global client base, the team delivers projects that blend strategic thinking with bold, original design. Their hands-on approach spans from initial concept and CAD development through to final production and delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and objectives. They do work in the UK and overseas. This Exhibition Designer will be involved in all the projects and have full exposure.

The Role:

Due to the team growing , they are now looking to add an additional two Designers both Junior and Senior in the exhibition space. They need someone to join the team and work on a number of projects across brand experience and development. Please find an overview below:

  • Create high-quality 3D models of spatial environments (e.g. exhibitions, interiors, retail displays)
  • Develop photorealistic renders using V-Ray for visual presentations
  • Interpret briefs, sketches, and technical drawings to produce accurate 3D visualisations
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility of concepts
  • Work closely with CAD technicians and project managers to align on design intent and buildability
  • Apply textures, lighting, and camera setups to bring concepts to life
  • Adapt and iterate designs based on client feedback and design development
  • Prepare visualisation files for internal reviews and client presentations
  • Stay updated with trends in experiential, interior, and exhibition design

The Candidate:

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of being a 3D Designer and working in either an exhibition design and build agency or an event agency. Within this role you will be using 3Ds max and vray so you must be proficient at using it. Alongside your experience, you must love the idea of your work becoming a physical build β€” not just a pretty render
