Are you a motivated and energetic Events Project Co-Ordinator with ambitions to work on sone HUGE productions? Our client, a forward-thinking and highly successful exhibition design and build agency, are on the lookout for an Events Project Co-Ordinator to help them deliver and plan some high-end productions for their well known portfolio of clients.

The Company:

Our client is a forward thinking, fast moving exhibition stand design, build and management company working for many of the world’s best loved brands.As a business they design, create and manage exceptional exhibition stands, roadshows, brand experiences and corporate events across the UK and around the globe.

The business is now on an ambitious growth plan and they have exciting plans as they approach a busy end to 2025.

The Role:

Due to business growth , they are now looking to add an Events Project Co-Ordinator to their established events team. This role is packed with variety, from taking initial client briefs, to supporting with event execution and ensuring all logistics are organised sufficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Take client briefs and communicate them to internal teams.
  • Work closely with the production and warehouse teams.
  • Liase and manage external services including AV, catering and more.
  • Support the event logistics team – including international events.
  • Admin and marketing support when necessary

The Candidate:

The business is flexible but ideally they are seeking an individual with experience in events, whether that is a placement year or a couple of years in industry – if you are eager to learn and work hard they are open!
