· Work collaboratively with fundraising and communications colleagues to align event objectives with wider organisational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key supporters, corporate sponsors, and service providers.
· Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
· Provide leadership and support to junior team members and volunteers involved in event delivery.
· Regularly review and assess the success of events, applying insight and learning to improve future activities.
· Represent the Charity at meetings, briefings, and events with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
· Significant experience as an Event Manager within the charity, nonprofit, or cultural sectors or any busy event management industry where you haver managed multiple projects
· A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and high-profile events
· Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
