About the role

  • Structured exposure across AV, staging, digital platforms and hybrid event delivery
  • International travel as part of the delivery team
  • Strong training and development support from an experienced team

The Company

This is a full-service agency with 30 years behind it, delivering corporate and B2B events for clients across healthcare, automotive, financial services, technology and manufacturing. The team handles everything from delegate management to production and content, working with specialist suppliers to bring technical and creative delivery together. People tend to find a home here and stay

The Role

The Event Technical Production and Content Project Manager sits across both the technical and creative workstreams of event delivery, briefing and managing specialist AV and staging suppliers, overseeing content production from brief to delivery, and keeping projects on time and on budget across a busy international calendar

  • Support technical planning and on-site delivery across AV, staging and digital platforms
  • Manage event content including video, presentations and graphic assets from brief to distribution
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate content version control and archiving across teams and clients
  • Assist with health and safety documentation and on-site compliance
  • Contribute to pitch responses and client-facing delivery presentations

The Candidate

The right Event Technical Production and Content Project Manager will already have solid grounding in event project coordination, with hands-on experience tracking budgets, managing suppliers and keeping complex schedules on track. Alongside that, you will have been involved in content production, whether that is video, graphics or digital assets, and you will be comfortable briefing and working alongside external AV and technical suppliers. Experience with health and safety documentation or compliance processes is beneficial but not essential, as is any background in script writing or storyboarding. Candidates coming from technical production, content production or project coordination roles within a live events environment are all welcome to apply. Ownership across creative and technical workstreams, real investment in your development, and an international calendar that never runs short of variety.

As a specialist events recruitment agency we help our clients build the most talented and diverse teams in the UK. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, embracing diversity across all intersecting dimensions, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, well-being, abilities, and neurodiversity. We are dedicated to ensuring a supportive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or accommodations for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know.
