The Company: This is a global meetings and events agency operating across 50 or more countries, with a large UK team across multiple offices. The Candidate: The right Event Senior Director of Sales will have a strong track record leading new business sales teams in a B2B events or agency environment, with demonstrable success winning complex bids, building pipelines from scratch and generating net-new revenue at senior level. Experience in venue sourcing or meetings management is beneficial but not essential. Backgrounds from hotel sales or other B2B service sectors are welcome where the strategic new business leadership pedigree is genuinely there. This suits someone who wants both the strategy and the chase, and who leads from the front.
In return there is a senior platform with real scope, a capable team already in place, a competitive base plus OTE and a hybrid working model.
