THE ROLE

As Event Registration Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple client projects, acting as the main point of contact from initial brief through to onsite delivery. You’ll manage the entire registration process, working closely with internal tech and logistics teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll also attend events across the UK (and occasionally overseas) to support delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities as Event Registration Manager include:

  • Manage a portfolio of events from planning through to onsite delivery.
  • Lead client communication, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Set up and test registration forms and event data systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor deadlines, proof content, and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Attend shows onsite to oversee registration and troubleshoot live issues.
  • Provide post-event feedback and reporting to clients and senior management.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a confident, organised event professional who thrives in a busy environment and loves managing the details that make events run smoothly. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in the events industry - ideally exhibitions or conferences.
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good IT literacy (Excel, MS Office); experience with registration platforms a bonus.
