THE ROLE
They are seeking an Event Project Manager to deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Delivering congresses, advisory boards, and standalone meetings
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships
- Managing project timelines
- Negotiating with and managing suppliers
- Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
- Managing budgets
- Leading international onsite teams
- Participating in pitches
