THE ROLE

Due to continued client growth, they are now looking for an experienced Project Director to come on board and join this team!

You will be responsible for the delivery and management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, leading and overseeing full project lifecycles.

As a Project Director, duties will include:

  1. Delivering a mixture of events end to end
  2. Briefing into the wider agency and leading responses to client briefs
  3. Planning logistics for events
  4. Liaising with external suppliers
  5. Communicating effectively with both internal and external teams
  6. Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports
  7. Budget management
  8. Managing events onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the end-to-end management of a range of events, ideally at Project Director level, gained from working for an events agency. Candidates must be client-facing and have the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently.
