THE ROLE

They are seeking an Event Production Manager to lead technical production across corporate projects, including dinners, awards, conferences, and occasional lavish parties and incentives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating creative briefs into technical solutions
  • Performing site visits and technical assessments of venues
  • Managing production solutions including AV, staging, and lighting
  • Managing onsite freelancers
  • Acting as the main client contact
  • Collaborating with in-house creative teams
  • Ensuring health and safety measures are in place
  • Refining production processes
  • Overseeing onsite production

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and developing a range of corporate events, with strong knowledge of AV and technical solutions. Candidates must be willing to travel onsite as needed to oversee event delivery.
