The Role
They are looking for a motivated Event Production Manager (Technical) to take ownership of technical and logistical delivery across international events. Reporting to the Production Director, you’ll manage projects end-to-end – from initial concept through to execution – across AV, staging, lighting, and production logistics.
As an Event Production Manager , you’ll be responsible for budgets, suppliers, crews, and on-site delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed production plans in collaboration with design
- Specifying equipment and managing supplier RFPs
- Creating schedules, show flows, and run sheets
- Conducting site visits and venue assessments
- Managing budgets with cost efficiency
- Scheduling and coordinating crews, suppliers, and logistics
- Overseeing on-site setup, rehearsals, live shows, and de-rig
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real time
- Leading post-event reviews and improvements
