The Company

A creative event production agency that specializes in live and virtual events both in the UK and overseas. They produce design-led experiences for brands worldwide across a broad range of creative B2B and B2C projects including product and press launches, experiential activations, conferences, roadshows, and exhibitions.

They work with a number of blue-chip clients, especially in the technology, automotive, and media sectors, providing full delivery, design, and production in-house. Offering a tailored service to clients, this growing agency has an unrivalled client base and is responsible for creating, designing, and bringing clients’ visions into reality through a full production service.

The Role

Due to continued success, this agency is looking for a Production Director to lead the production team and deliver production on large-scale events at the highest level.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with clients to obtain and interpret briefs
  2. Producing detailed production plans and timelines
  3. Guiding and managing the internal production team, providing strong leadership
  4. Managing costing and tendering of suppliers
  5. Onsite management of rigs/de-rigs
  6. Health & Safety management
  7. Ensuring all deadlines are met by the wider team
  8. Championing improvements in sustainability
  9. Researching and developing production techniques and technology

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates at a senior level within an agency environment who can confidently lead the production team. You will have experience leading large-scale events internationally with the ability to work under pressure.
