Operating as a full-service live events agency, they are now looking for an experienced Event Producer or Senior Event Producer to join their expanding delivery team. Working across conferences, brand experiences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and roadshows, this agency is trusted to deliver complex, high-profile events to the highest standard. The focus is on precision, planning and seamless execution, and anyone joining the team will play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional live experiences on site.
The Role: Due to continued success and sustained business growth, there is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Producer or Senior Event Producer to join the team, with a strong focus on event delivery. You will take ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery, ensuring every operational and logistical detail is planned, managed and executed flawlessly. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth delivery at every stage.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end event delivery process
- Leading logistics planning and event operations
- Liaising closely with internal creative, technical and operations teams
- Supplier sourcing, briefing and on-site management
- Creating and managing production budgets and schedules
- Conducting site visits, risk assessments and production planning
- Managing build, live days and breakdown on site
- Ensuring events are delivered on time, to brief and on budget
The Candidate: The ideal Event Producer or Senior Event Producer will have proven experience delivering live events within an agency environment and will be confident taking projects through to on-site execution. You will be highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Knowledge of production processes and experience of show calling would be an added benefit.
