Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive attendance and commercial leads.
- Develop compelling, targeted messaging for exhibitors, retailers, salon owners, and other key audiences.
- Build and manage partnerships with media outlets, trade associations, and industry influencers.
- Represent the brand at key events and networking opportunities, primarily in London and across UK beauty hubs.
- Align closely with sales and content teams to create integrated, results-driven strategies.
- Use data and insights to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns, and guide future planning.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and tone across all digital and offline platforms.
