The Company

Well established in the market and with continued growth, this boutique brand experience agency is going from strength to strength. Working for some of the world’s largest household name brands, they collaborate with a range of high-profile technology and telecoms companies, delivering a wide variety of events including small VIP meetings, UK conferences, European roadshows, and international incentives. With a passionate and dedicated team, they work collaboratively to create meaningful connections between audiences and brands through the events they create and deliver!

The Role

Due to continued business wins and the growth of their events calendar, they are now looking for an Event Manager to come on board and take ownership of the delivery of projects. Working closely with senior project leads, this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of a range of projects (including live events, video, design, and digital projects)
  • Client liaison and management
  • Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Creating and communicating project timelines
  • Resource planning across the project teams including crew booking and logistics, venues, and suppliers
  • Managing content creation including design, video, and digital
  • Budget management
  • Onsite delivery and project management where required

The Candidate

Candidates must come with a solid background of end-to-end event management gained from working in an agency setting. Solid delivery experience is key, and exposure to content management, technical production, and/or the management of exhibition build projects would be an added benefit. Candidates must have strong client management skills coupled with the ability to work across multiple projects. Strong communication and budget management skills are essential, and any experience of using Procim would be an added benefit. This role offers an opportunity for UK and international travel as well as the chance to work as part of a close-knit and passionate team. You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast-growing creative agency.
