The Role
Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing account there is now an opportunity for an Events Executive to join their close-knit team. A broad role, responsibilities include:
Working closely with the Account Directors and Account Managers from initial brief through to onsite delivery and post production
Working across in-person, virtual, broadcast and hybrid events
Supporting with event planning including project research, image sourcing & pitch creation
Sourcing competitive quotes & negotiating with suppliers
Working with internal teams including Creatives, Designers & Producers
Working across multiple events / projects at any one time
Supporting with the logistical delivery of events including venue and delegate liaison
Budget management and cost tracking
Supporting with the facilitation of virtual events / onsite event management
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should ideally have experience of working within an event or production agency (although other event backgrounds will be considered) and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be client facing and have a creative flair but more importantly have the drive and ambition to join this leading creative agency and really make a difference to the events they deliver! Recent graduates with a years placement will also be considered.
