THE ROLE
Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for an Event Delegate Sales Executive to sell delegate places across an exciting, expanding portfolio of world class events.
- Selling delegate places over the phone to senior decision makers across varying markets.
- Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly and events targets.
- Delivering against weekly/monthly targets relating to personal sales target, lead sourcing and business growth.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of each event, to following & executing a world class sales strategy across multiple products, and to develop relationship with established players and start-ups on the given market segment.
- Assimilating key selling points during event briefing sessions and being able to deliver succinctly and compellingly in verbal and written communication to relevant prospects.
- Working closely with our internal production function to provide detailed and thorough feedback regarding prospects, pipelines, and progress on each event.
- Maintaining up to date records in CRM is essential
- Adhering to best practice sales methodology and an openness to training & development is essential.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should come with solid B2B sales experience, ideally within events, with a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets. You will be a fast learner with the ability to understand different market dynamics and have the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities. You will be a confident communicator and not be afraid to pick up the phone!
