Hybrid working: 1 day in office. Experiential campaigns, brand activations delivered in the field, and a crew operation that keeps all of it moving. Someone has to own that from briefing to payment, working mostly from home with a close-knit agency team behind them.

Exciting experiential projects to add to your CV. Supportive, close-knit team culture. Training offered to grow your skills. Direct involvement across crew ops and client work.

The Company: This is a specialist experiential agency with a strong track record delivering brand activations and field campaigns across a broad mix of live activity. The team is small enough that everyone's contribution is visible and valued, and people tend to stay once they find a role that gives them genuine ownership.

The Role: The Event Crew Manager is a busy, varied interim position at the heart of the agency's delivery operation, managing the full crew lifecycle across live experiential activity while providing wider support to the experiential team on client and business tasks.

  • Briefing crew ahead of forthcoming event activity
  • Booking and scheduling crew for event slots and tours
  • Supporting the team with crew training
  • Calculating crew remuneration and issuing purchase orders
  • Constructing on-call rotas and providing cover, including occasional weekends
  • Writing and sending client feedback reports
  • Contributing to client and partner agency meetings
  • Supporting new business research and agency brainstorms

The Candidate: The right fit for this Event Crew Manager is someone with a solid, proven administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plates need spinning. You will be fully IT literate, hold a valid driving licence, and bring the kind of communication skills that let you be firm when needed while keeping relationships intact. Experience in event or crew coordination, scheduling or training, and client-facing report writing is all beneficial but not essential. Strong administrators from other fast-paced sectors are very welcome here. The priority is someone organised, resilient and ready to step into an Event Crew Manager role and hit the ground running.

This Event Crew Manager is needed immediately. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, embracing diversity across all intersecting dimensions, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, well-being, abilities, and neurodiversity. We are dedicated to ensuring a supportive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or accommodations for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know.
