This business is a leading live event production company who supply a wide range of products and services to the events industry across the UK and overseas. THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with Head of Scenic and Technical PMs to ensure the seamless delivery on a vast array of bespoke structures for truly thrilling events.

  • Working with technical project managers & directly with clients to oversee scenic projects from the initial enquiry to completion of events
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Attending and leading client meetings
  • Conducting site visits
  • Taking clear and detailed briefs
  • Advising on solutions for their event
  • Developing creative ideas / designs for client events
  • Preparing CAD drawings
  • Specifying suitable materials / finishes
  • Creating quotations including budget management
  • Booking and management of set & stage crew
  • On site work at venues across the UK and occasionally internationally

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the role, you must have experience in leading projects specifically the build process of structures / scenic builds within the events industry.
