As a Project Manager - Exhibition Design & Build, you’ll take full responsibility for delivering bespoke exhibition stands from concept through to completion. You’ll act as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams and trusted suppliers to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of UK and international exhibition projects, ensuring timelines and budgets stay on track
  • Translate client briefs into proposals and making them come to life
  • Coordinate with creative, design and production teams, plus external contractors
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, build packs and installation documentation
  • Be on-site for builds, installs and de-rigs, resolving problems and ensuring quality delivery
  • Maintain accurate internal records and streamline processes with constructive input
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout projects, handling challenges professionally with a positive output
  • Offer guidance to junior team members when needed

This role is hands-on, varied and ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their work come to life. Travel is required across the UK and overseas. Experience using AutoCAD or C4D is beneficial but not essential.

We’re looking for a confident, commercial Project Manager - Exhibition Design & Build with at least 3 years of experience managing the delivery of exhibition stands or similar build-based projects. You’ll have strong knowledge of materials, build methods and production workflows, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll be calm under pressure, comfortable travelling both across the UK and internationally, and confident managing multiple projects at once.
