This is a broad role where the Delegate Manager will be the main point of contact for delegates and understand how platforms operate.

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Delegate Manager, either in-house on the client side or in an events-related business. Candidates with ticketing experience could also be considered, as there are transferable skills. Knowledge of event platforms, ideally Cvent, would be ideal, but they are open to other platforms.
