THE ROLE
As a Creative Strategy Director, you will lead the creative vision across the business — shaping concepts, creative strategy and execution across brand experiences, live events and immersive environments.
- Lead creative strategy and storytelling across major pitches and projects
- Oversee creative teams and guide creative philosophy & standards
- Inspire, mentor and develop Creative Leads and multidisciplinary design talent
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape vision and outcomes
