Hybrid Working (3 days per week in the office if local). Open to remote working for someone further afield. Expectations to travel to London regularly. Onsite travel required.

The incoming Account / Project Manager will play a key role in continuing that reputation for excellence with a key client.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has opened for an Account / Project Manager to come on board and take ownership of a major client relationship while managing end-to-end projects with internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day to day delivery in a hybrid account/project management role
- Daily client management including regular workflow meetings
- Taking and interpreting briefs to define the scope of the project and shape the solution
- Working closely with internal teams, briefing designers, copywriters, and other internal teams
- Leading client conversations and ensuring exceptional relationship management
- Leading commercial communications and producing supporting project documents
- Managing timelines and deadlines across projects
This is a hands-on position where the Account / Project Manager will have the autonomy to shape client outcomes and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
The ideal Account / Project Manager will be from a creative communications background either within marketing or event communications. You will be experienced in delivering projects end to end with exceptional client management skills. Although no hands-on design skills are required, an eye for design and visual storytelling will be a strong advantage.
The successful person would look after a valued client and will need to build credibility fast and bring fresh thinking, excitement and passion!
