The Role
Due to continued growth from existing clients and new business, there is now a need for an Exhibitions Production Assistant to come on board and support the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand projects, from early-stage planning through to onsite execution. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Maintaining project schedules, track actions, and coordinate suppliers across exhibitions
- Complete exhibitor order forms and service orders, reviewing venue manuals for key deadlines
- Liaise with stand builders, AV companies, printers, and congress organisers
- Assist with cost tracking, budget reconciliation, and production support administration
- Attend exhibitions to oversee stand installation, coordinate suppliers, and support onsite operations
The Candidate
The right Exhibitions Production Assistant will be organised, calm under pressure, and ready to get stuck into the detail of corporate events production. You will bring excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills across internal teams and external contacts are key, and you will be confident across Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in exhibitions, events administration, or project support is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of exhibition stand production, supplier liaison, or exhibitor manuals would be a bonus. If your background is in production support or events administration from an adjacent sector, we'd still like to hear from you. A proactive attitude and willingness to travel for live events are what matter most.
