Working across a portfolio of UK and African trade exhibitions, the Senior Marketing Manager will take ownership of campaign strategy, delivery, reporting and team management, helping drive visitor registrations, exhibitor engagement and commercial growth.

THE ROLE
This position will take responsibility for leading end-to-end marketing campaigns across a portfolio of exhibitions, managing digital activity, reporting, CRM campaigns and performance optimisation. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership while also managing and developing a Marketing Executive, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with commercial objectives. Working across multiple live event campaigns simultaneously, the Senior Marketing Manager will oversee campaign planning, email marketing, SEO, website management and data-driven performance analysis.
DUTIES
- Managing multi-channel exhibition marketing campaigns from planning through to live event delivery
- Leading email marketing, CRM and audience growth campaigns
- Managing website content, landing pages and SEO activity
- Overseeing campaign budgets, reporting and ROI analysis
- Line managing and developing a Marketing Executive
- Collaborating with media partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimisations
- Supporting international exhibitions and attending events where required
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, candidates should have strong B2B marketing experience with a particular focus on digital campaign delivery, CRM marketing and commercial performance. Candidates must be highly organised, confident managing multiple deadlines and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns with minimal supervision. Previous experience line managing or mentoring team members is highly desirable. This role would suit someone currently working within exhibitions, events, media or another fast-paced commercial marketing environment who is looking to join a rapidly growing international business with genuine progression potential.
