Most new business roles hand you a patch and a target. This one hands you a greenfield corporate growth function, an existing database, and the autonomy to build it your way.

If you have a consultative B2B sales background and a track record in lead generation, the Client Relationship & Growth Manager role could be exactly the step up you have been waiting for.

  • Uncapped commission with bonus paid on qualified briefs, not just on wins.
  • Ownership of the pitch process from brief through to strategy.
  • CRM database and internal design plus social media support from day one.
  • Private health cover, 25 days holiday, plus Christmas closure at no cost to your leave.
  • An MD openly willing to pay above OTE for over-target performance.
  • The Company

This is a full-service events agency with specialist divisions covering corporate events, association and PCO work, and production.

The corporate client base spans finance, pharma, automotive and technology sectors.

The association side provides a stable commercial foundation, and the corporate side is the current growth focus, which is exactly why the Client Relationship & Growth Manager position has been created.

Tenure across the team averages well over seven years, which tells you what you need to know about the culture.

The Role

The Client Relationship & Growth Manager is a newly created position, built to establish a dedicated new business development engine on the corporate side of the agency.

  • Own proactive lead generation targeting corporate decision-makers across priority sectors.
  • Manage the CRM system to track, qualify and nurture B2B opportunities.
  • Secure briefing meetings to bring qualified corporate event briefs into the agency.
  • Support pitch strategy and proposal development with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal designers and an external social media agency on outbound campaigns.
  • The Candidate

The right Client Relationship & Growth Manager will be a confident, self-starting B2B sales professional comfortable owning a function rather than inheriting one.

You will bring a track record in consultative new business development.

  • Consultative B2B services sales background, ideally from a marketing or lead generation agency.
  • Proven proactive lead generation and CRM management experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to secure meetings with corporate decision-makers and budget holders.
  • Knowledge of the corporate events sector, with finance, pharma, automotive or technology preferred.

Experience with Hub Spot or pitch support and proposal writing is beneficial but not essential.

What matters most is a commercial mindset, genuine curiosity about corporate events, and the drive to build something from a strong starting point.

In return you get a base salary of £50,000 - £60,000, uncapped commission with bonus of up to £20,000- £30,000 as a Client Relationship & Growth Manager, hybrid working, private health cover and a team that has chosen to stay.
