The Role
Due to continued growth, the agency is now seeking an experienced Client Director to take ownership of key client relationships while driving the successful delivery of integrated campaigns and commercial growth across accounts. This role combines strategic client management with hands-on delivery, requiring someone equally comfortable leading high-level conversations as they are leading on project execution when required. Working closely with internal teams across strategy, creative and production, responsibilities will include:
- Owning and developing senior client relationships
- Leading on a range of projects
- Driving account growth, retention and commercial performance
- Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and strengthen partnerships
- Supporting new business activity and pitches
- Leading strategic planning and client presentations
- Managing budgets and external partner relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
- Overseeing workflows, processes and operational efficiencies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Developing and mentoring teams while fostering a high-performance culture
The Candidate
This Client Director position will suit someone with a strong background in client and account management ideally from an agency or integrated marketing background. To be considered, candidates must have a proven track record managing large client accounts and delivering a broad range of projects ideally including experiential and brand activations. Experience balancing strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery is essential. Applicants should possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, alongside strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. Experience working within a creative, social, influencer or experiential agency would be highly desirable, as would exposure to brand experiences and live activations. The successful candidate will be collaborative, commercially driven and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and inspire teams to deliver exceptional work.
