THE ROLE
The Senior Project Manager will have responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, from trade hire and venue support to large-scale international events. The main responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include:
- Dealing directly with clients and being a central point of contact
- Assessing client requirements and generating accurate quotations that adhere to commercial targets
- Carrying out site surveys
- Creating floorplans and organising visuals as required
- Specifying all AV equipment and technical crew and resources
- Liaising with the warehouse and technical teams as required
- On Site Management of projects including the set-up, rehearsals, live event and de-rig
- Creating CAD plans
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven understanding of AV, including sound, lighting, video, projection, IT, etc. You will also have experience creating drawings in CAD/Vectorworks. You will have relevant hands-on experience of working onsite at live events and dealing with clients at all levels, as well as managing technical teams. Experience in international production would be an advantage, but not a necessity. Additionally, we're looking for someone who brings a robust professional network and can leverage those connections to accelerate business development opportunities.
