The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their growing growth team. This is not a quota-carrying sales role; it is a hands-on operations role focused on bringing structure, accuracy, and follow-through to the sales pipeline and CRM. This is a broad role where the Sales Support Executive will use all of their organizational and operational skills, including:
- Owning day-to-day accuracy of the CRM and maintaining deal stages and values.
- Running inbound, outbound, and account-based growth campaigns.
- Coordinating the end-to-end proposal and pitch process, ensuring all inputs come together on time.
- Working closely with marketing to implement CRM automations and email sequences for prospect nurturing.
- Producing regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining a library of proposal templates, case studies, and pitch assets.
- Acting as an operational bridge between sales and marketing to ensure timely communication.
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Sales Support Executive with at least 3 years of experience in a sales, commercial, or operations context. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills and the confidence to chase internal stakeholders for updates. Key requirements include:
- Experience working with a CRM (exposure to automations or email sequences is a plus).
- Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic and creative mindset—you are a problem solver, not just a visual thinker.
- Right to work in the UK and a full passport for international event support.
Most importantly, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Support Executive with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation! In return, they offer fantastic career progression into senior sales ops or commercial leadership roles, bespoke training, and the chance to join a first-rate agency.
