THE COMPANY
Working with high profile clients and assisting in the design and technical staging of events, this company delivers technical requirements for a range of events from a small meeting to an arena spectacular and everything in between. Servicing clients across the UK and Europe, they will assist with the development of ideas and themes, providing creative solutions in the form of design, audio and video or simply the rental of a piece of technical equipment!
THE ROLE
Due to their on-going expansion, there is now an opportunity for an AV Event Project Manager to join the team. Leading each project from the front, taking the client through the event process from start to finish, you will:
- Take and interpret the client brief.
- Liaise with departments such as graphics, video and operations.
- Pitch to the client and provide technical solutions.
- Act as the central point of contact for the client in pre-production and onsite.
- Oversee the pre-production and onsite installation.
- Budget and logistical management.
- Upselling of equipment.
- Providing quotations and proposals.
Although overseeing the entire project delivery, you would be heavily supported by the in-house technical team throughout.
