THE COMPANY
More than a venue, more than an event organiser and more than just the ordinary, this venue/organiser curate Europe’s biggest event for a prestigious automotive brand showcasing the rarest and most significant cars from across Europe and the UK. However, their largest event is more than this, in addition to attracting fans of the brand, their event caters to a wider audience with mouth-watering street food vendors, DJ sets, and over 60 lifestyle brands on offer in an idyllic countryside setting. In addition to their largest event, they have also launched monthly smaller shows with the same level of detail and artisanal feel.

THE ROLE
The Event Operations Manager is the lynchpin bringing the events together and the role will hold broad responsibilities. This is a unique venue and setting with large greenfield spaces as well as indoor areas. Greenfield experience is a must.
Duties will include:
- Managing and delivering the above-mentioned events on a greenfield site.
- Developing positive relationships and communicating with suppliers, sponsors and exhibitors.
- Managing the logistics and installation of temporary infrastructure on a greenfield site.
- Event logistics management across the site including toilets, waste, power, F&B, security etc.
- Pulling together event budgets and promoting cost effective solutions.
- Being onsite to continue delivery and management of events.
- Post event evaluation.
- General facilities management of the main event site and rented buildings.
- Management and liaison with contractors and freelancers.
- Onsite management on the day of events.
THE CANDIDATE

You will be experienced in delivering infrastructure on a greenfield site with the ability to think on your feet and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors alike.
