Overview
Central London HQ with an exciting international business. Unique organisation in the astronomy and events space sector. Paid trips to the Spanish HQ 1–2 times per year. Be part of a growing UK launch team with big plans for expansion. This is an office-based role Monday–Thursday, with Friday remote working.
The Company
Founded in 2012, the company are an innovative organisation dedicated to bringing the wonders of the universe closer to people worldwide. From creating breathtaking immersive planetarium experiences to organising electronic music concerts under the stars, they inspire thousands of visitors each year. Their work spans multiple countries, from Norway to Mexico and Colombia, including partnerships with governments to engage children in astronomy.
They are now establishing their first permanent UK base in Central London. With major activations planned — including an exciting launch event in London — this is a chance to join at the start of their UK journey and grow with them.
The Role
As Admin Manager, you’ll play a central role in supporting the smooth running of the new London office and its exciting programmes. With a blend of administrative and financial responsibilities, you’ll be key to ensuring operations are compliant, efficient, and ready for growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- General administration and office support
- Managing billing processes and controlling budgets
- Overseeing and signing agreements with councils and public bodies
- Supporting contracts and supplier relationships
- Coordinating with international teams and reporting to HQ
- Supporting logistics for large-scale activations and events
The Candidate
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and financial management experience. You’ll be comfortable working independently in a small team and confident handling contracts, compliance, and day-to-day office operations.
Requirements include:
- UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Strong admin and financial control experience
- Experience working with public sector contracts/councils (desirable)
- Reliability, independence, and high attention to detail
- Events experience would be beneficial, but not essential
