With a fully integrated in-house team spanning design, production, and fabrication, they take projects from concept through to creation — producing exceptional event and retail environments that combine creativity with precision craftsmanship. You’ll join a talented creative and technical team within their purpose-built design and workshop facility, recently refurbished to provide a modern and collaborative working environment.
The Role
Due to continued growth, the business is looking for a 3D Designer to join their creative and production team. This role will focus on designing and detailing high-end event and exhibition structures, bespoke displays, and custom joinery builds for a diverse range of clients. The responsibilities include:
- Designing exhibition stands, event structures, and bespoke display items
- Producing accurate 3D models and high-quality renders
- Creating detailed CAD drawings and technical documentation for production
- Specifying construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Producing bills of materials and liaising with workshop and production teams
- Supporting the delivery of projects from concept to installation
The Candidate
This role would suit a creative yet technically minded designer with experience in events, exhibitions, joinery, or retail environments. You’ll have a solid understanding of design for manufacture and the ability to translate creative briefs into detailed production-ready drawings. You will need experience in a 3D design or CAD-based role (events, exhibitions, joinery, or related industries) and have experience of using one major CAD package.
