This is a 360 end-to-end event agency with a no-ego culture and a client roster spanning beauty, tech, gaming and financial sectors.

The EMEA team is boutique, close-knit and entirely female-led, covering everything from intimate dinners to large-scale international conferences.

An Event Project Manager here works across a wide range of events, and people tend to stay once they're in.

The Role

The Event Project Manager sits within the bespoke team, leading full delivery of events up to £500k, managing client relationships and driving account growth alongside day-to-end project execution.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of events from brief to financial reconciliation
  • Manage client relationships, delivering quarterly updates and event debriefs
  • Oversee venue sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation
  • Produce and manage event project plans and delegate management
  • Handle budget management and cost negotiation to optimise profitability
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Travel onsite for event delivery and client meetings as required
  • The Candidate

A strong Event Project Manager for this role will have solid grounding in end-to-end event management, including budget oversight, supplier negotiation and client account management within an agency or similar environment.

Organised, commercially aware and comfortable owning projects independently.

Experience with delegate management tools or an understanding of account growth and new-business development would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary sits between £35,000 and £42,000, with a strong suite of perks, genuine commercial ownership and a team that backs the people in it.
