The Company
This is an in-house experiences team at a premium motorsport brand, covering everything from driving experiences and networking events to a full concierge programme for partner guests. The company keeps hospitality delivery entirely in-house, which means faster decisions, tighter quality control and genuine collaboration across the function. The department has grown significantly in a short space of time and is still moving.
The Role
As Event & Hospitality Manager, you will own the delivery of high-end partner hospitality experiences, managing VIP guest journeys and the concierge programme from end to end including proposals, planning, execution and onsite delivery as well as acting as primary point of contact.
- Manage partner relationships and act as the primary day-to-day contact for VIP accounts
- Oversee concierge programme delivery for HNWI guests across all touchpoints
- Establish objectives and requirements of partner and providing detailed proposals
- Logistics, supplier and budget management
- Travel to events as required, representing the brand at the highest level of guest interaction
- Manage all guest requirements from complex travel to schedules, dinner reservations and bespoke events
The Candidate
The right Event & Hospitality Manager will have a solid background in delivering high-level hospitality programmes within a premium sporting environment, with hands‑on experience managing partner relationships and working with HNWI guests where the standard of delivery is non‑negotiable.
A background in concierge programme delivery or premium service operations is beneficial but not essential, and the Event & Hospitality Manager role is equally open to candidates from luxury travel, premium brand environments or high-end venue hospitality, provided the partner management and guest-facing credentials are there.
Salary sits at £45,000 to £55,000, with a 14% performance bonus, private medical and dental cover, an onsite gym and free parking. Visibility, a growing team and genuine scope to shape something make this Event & Hospitality Manager position stand out.
