Everything comes from one site: print, spray, vinyl and carpentry all sit in-house, which keeps the pace fast and the quality controlled. The business is in active growth, which means what gets built now shapes what the company becomes.

The Role: The Event Production Workshop Manager sits between the owners and the workshop floor, keeping production moving, teams on task and stock accounted for across every build.

• Lead and manage the workshop team day to day
• Coordinate production schedules to hit tight project deadlines
• Oversee stock, inventory and packing across the workshop
• Act as the link between workshop operations and senior leadership
• Maintain standards across print, spray, vinyl and carpentry output

The Candidate: The right Event Production Workshop Manager has solid experience running a warehouse or workshop environment and knows what it takes to keep a team productive under pressure. You will have managed staff directly, handled stock and inventory, and kept projects moving to firm deadlines. A background in production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential, and familiarity with print, graphics or fabrication workflows would be a bonus.
