The Company
This is a mid-size sports and lifestyle agency working across sponsorship, brand experience and ticketing for global blue-chip clients. Their portfolio spans Formula 1, MotoGP, Formula E, football, eSports and music, and their client relationships are long-standing and high-trust. The Partnership Operations team sits as a centralised function covering ticketing, guest management and systems across multiple accounts, and this is where the Events Ticketing & Guest Management Junior Account Manager sits.
The Role
The Events Ticketing & Guest Management Junior Account Manager sits within the Partnership Operations team, taking responsibility for global ticket allocation and guest management across a major F1 sponsorship portfolio and associated sports properties, acting as the day-to-day client contact for these workstreams.
- Manage global ticket allocation programmes across Formula 1 and associated events
- Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for ticketing and guest management
- Coordinate with international markets and suppliers on guest logistics
- Maintain inventory accuracy and allocation tracking across multiple accounts
- Support the delivery of guest communications and briefing materials
- Work within ticketing and guest management systems to process and report on allocations
The Candidate
You will already have hands-on experience in sponsorship or events operations, with a clear track record in ticketing or guest management delivery. The Events Ticketing & Guest Management Junior Account Manager role is built on client-facing confidence, strong attention to detail and comfort managing inventory and allocations.
A background in Formula 1 or wider motorsport is beneficial but not essential, as is experience in hospitality or fan activation environments. Project management or timeline coordination skills would also be welcomed. What matters most is that you are organised, client-focused and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
