A Senior Events Producer here works across a varied, high-profile client portfolio, with creative and production specialists on hand and a culture built around hands-on delivery from brief to build.

The Role: Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Senior Events Producer takes day-to-day ownership of key client accounts, steering complex multi-workstream projects from pre-production through to live delivery, with full accountability for budgets, stakeholder communications and client relationships across a varied and high-profile portfolio.

• Day-to-day management of key client accounts and relationships
• Budget control, financial reporting and proactive variance management
• Stakeholder and supplier communications across the full project lifecycle
• Pre-production planning and project coordination for complex live events
• Brief management, ensuring internal teams are aligned to changes
• Fee proposal development and client expectation management
• On-site team resourcing and coordination at live events

The Candidate: The right fit for this Senior Events Producer position is someone who has built their career in agency or production environments, managing large client budgets and premium accounts with confidence. You are comfortable owning client relationships, forecasting and reporting on complex budgets, and coordinating pre-production across multiple workstreams without losing grip of the detail. A Senior Events Producer with experience across multi-day conferences, large-scale exhibitions or multi-stream formats will hit the ground running, though backgrounds in broader live events or experiential production are equally welcome. Supplier negotiation, contract management or mentoring junior producers are all beneficial but not essential. Strong variety, a blue-chip client base and a team built around real delivery make this Senior Events Producer role one worth moving quickly on.
