The Company: This thriving, privately owned event production and design company has spent nearly two decades delivering high-end events at some of the country's most prestigious historic spaces. The team handles everything in-house: creative concept, scenic fabrication, technical delivery and on-site execution. Work spans luxury brand events, large-scale dinners, product launches and exclusive private celebrations, with a client roster running from global luxury brands to high-net-worth private clients and government.
The Role: As Sales & Event Manager you will lead creative proposals from initial brief through to signed contract, then see those concepts delivered in spaces that genuinely stop people in their tracks.
- Develop compelling proposals and design concepts from client briefs
- Pitch creative ideas to luxury brand and high-net-worth clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients, venues and industry partners
- Attend site visits and meetings to convert and strengthen key accounts
- Brief the operations team with clear technical specifications
- Manage event budgets and project reporting
- Mentor the wider sales team and stay ahead of luxury design trends
- Support on-site delivery at live events
The Candidate: The right candidate brings a background in event design, production or proposal writing, with a genuine feel for the luxury market and what high-end clients expect. A proven track record as a Sales & Event Manager, or in a closely comparable role, means you will have pitched creative concepts, closed business and led client relationships through to delivery. Experience in venue relationships or landmark event spaces is beneficial but not essential. A sharp design eye, the drive to convert incoming business and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events demand it matter most. Candidates from hospitality, event or production backgrounds who can demonstrate strong design sensibility are welcome to apply.
Few Sales & Event Manager roles offer this combination: genuine creative autonomy, a salary that moves to reflect your value, and a live portfolio that most agencies cannot get near. This is also a genuine step into a Sales & Event Manager position with mentoring responsibility, which rarely comes up at this level. First interviews are being booked now, so get your application across and we will be in touch promptly.
