The Company: One of Europe's leading venue operators, welcoming millions of visitors annually across a broad programme of exhibitions, major congresses and large-scale live experiences. A recent expansion has added significant new capacity, and the organisation continues to invest in its digital infrastructure.
The Role: This is the operational lead for a new and growing CMS and digital signage platform, sitting within the digital and creative function and responsible for technical delivery, troubleshooting and continuous improvement across the venue.
- Own day-to-day operation and development of the digital signage CMS platform
- Manage technical delivery and resolve platform issues as they arise
- Drive ongoing improvements to signage systems across the estate
- Support commercial and venue teams with digital advertising and branding requirements
- Lead on content strategy and operational delivery for digital signage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on platform needs
