The Role: As Conference Events Producer, you will pull the whole summit together. From the agendas, speaker selection and management whilst working closely with teams to ensure everything fits perfectly.
- Manage full production lifecycle for high-profile executive summits
- Lead vendor management and maintain external partner relationships
- Develop and manage event timelines and deliverables
- Oversee content production including keynote sessions, panels and executive interviews
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use
- Provide on-site support and handle live issue resolution
- Analyse event performance and feed learnings into future planning
The Candidate: The right Conference Events Producer will have delivered high-level executive summits, corporate conferences or large-scale exhibitions from brief through to completion. You are comfortable pulling everything together and will be happy to travel once per month. A background in international events is beneficial but not essential, as is hands-on budget management and cost control experience. Those coming from corporate conference, exhibition or association backgrounds are all equally welcome here.
