The Company: This is a luxury automotive lifestyle events business operating at the top end of the market. Built around a reputation for detail, aesthetic and atmosphere, taking inspiration from the likes of Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Farm in quality and attention to detail. Its headline event attracts fans of a prestigious automotive brand alongside a wider audience drawn by street food vendors, DJ sets and over 60 lifestyle brands in an idyllic countryside setting, with a 100-acre estate and over 50,000sq.ft of lettable premises dedicated to automotive and hospitality events.

The Role: The Event Sponsorship & Exhibitor Sales Manager is a commercially focused, relationship-led position responsible for developing and growing sponsorship and exhibitor revenue, securing new brand partners, deepening existing accounts and being present on-site during build and live delivery.

The Candidate: The right candidate brings a proven track record selling large sponsorship or exhibitor packages in the automotive events space, with contacts spanning high-end automotive and luxury brands. The ideal candidate will hold working relationships across financial institutions, automotive financing companies, car clubs, insurance brokers, manufacturers, automotive brands, luxury lifestyle brands and luxury members clubs. On-site hosting experience at major automotive events is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is the quality of your contacts, your commercial instinct and your ability to open and close at the highest level. In return you will find autonomy, a commission structure that rewards every pound you bring in, and the freedom to shape commercial strategy. Few roles at this level offer all three together.
