Offering three distinct service lines sitting under one roof: sponsorship activation, consumer brand experience and B2B corporate events. The agency is at an active inflection point, repositioning from event delivery business to strategic experiential marketing partner, and it is bringing in an Event New Business Director to lead that charge externally. Leadership backing for that ambition is visible in how decisions get made and ideas get heard.
The Role
The Event New Business Director is a pivotal hire: the person who owns the agency's growth pipeline, leads its most important pitches across all three service lines and four global offices, and shapes the external narrative that takes the business to market
Build and manage a clear new business pipeline from early prospecting through to pitch conversion
Lead and support major RFP responses, ensuring narrative clarity and strategic rigour
Drive agency positioning and thought leadership across external platforms and PR
Act as connector between senior leadership and department heads across all offices
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships
Turn event results and data into compelling case studies and growth tools
Manage relevant awards, speaker and judging opportunities to raise agency profile
