The Ticketing Assistant will report to the Tour Ticketing Director and assist the full team, including Ticketing Analysts, with the day-to-day running of international ticketing for shows touring across Europe. The role of any ticketing manager at Live Nation is to maximise ticket sales and ensure fans and artists have the best experience possible during the tour; the European Ticketing Assistant will have the same core goal. This is an admin-heavy role based solely around sales reporting, data collation, data organisation and will require a head for numbers, spreadsheets, reporting tools and a keen eye for detail. This role will suit someone looking for a career path in either ticketing management for tours, data management or pricing. There will be growth and development opportunities within the world of international ticketing and touring after a period of time.
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Some ticketing or data admin experience preferred
- Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at intermediate or above level
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons
- Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Combines analytical thought with creativity to excel and problem-solve
- Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily
- Qualifications within data or analytics would be beneficial

What the role includes
- To collate and report all tour sales figures twice weekly and during on-sale periods
- To collate previous tour data for analysing purposes and aid with presentations as needed
- To collate show set up information as needed
- To manage internal buys and guest lists
- Possible requirement to attend/work at events
- General assisting and any other tasks as necessary to aid the department
