As Senior Manager, B2B Growth Marketing — EMEA, you will build and scale Ticketmaster’s lead generation engine across more than 22 markets. This newly created role is focused on driving pipeline growth through a coordinated inbound and outbound strategy.
You will lead EMEA’s lead generation strategy, including campaign architecture and budget allocation, working with regional business leaders, global B2B marketing and local sales and marketing teams to prioritise and activate the strongest growth opportunities. You will then scale what works — turning successful campaigns into repeatable programmes, tools and playbooks that local teams can run and optimise themselves. The goal is to build a connected, data-driven lead generation capability that drives sustainable pipeline growth across EMEA.
- Deliver against EMEA lead generation pipeline targets across inbound and outbound channels.
- Help shape and activate EMEA’s lead generation strategy in support of regional priorities, recommending where to invest, where to run lighter automation and how to sequence markets as the function scales.
- Partner with priority markets on local lead generation plans, translating regional priorities into programmes that reflect each market’s audience, sales motion and maturity.
- Build and launch lead generation campaigns with key markets using Apollo (outbound) and MCAE/Pardot (inbound), while managing and advising on paid media investment across LinkedIn, Meta and other B2B channels.
- Enable local marketing and sales teams to run and optimise campaigns independently through training, playbooks, templates and hands-on support.
- Turn successful programmes into scalable, repeatable campaigns — including pre-built sequences, reusable creative and simplified briefing — so more markets can activate faster.
- Partner with global B2B marketing, content, marketing operations and data teams to give local markets the support they need to activate effectively.
- Build and maintain an EMEA view of lead generation performance, giving teams visibility into lead volume, quality, conversion and revenue attribution.
- Partner with local Sales teams to define lead routing, qualification criteria and follow-up expectations, so captured demand is consistently worked.
- Improve Salesforce campaign tagging and data quality so lead generation performance and attribution can be measured reliably.
- Identify and test new channels, audiences and growth opportunities, including AI-enabled approaches that improve lead generation workflows and performance.
- Report lead generation performance into EMEA B2B planning, using results to recommend where we invest and focus next.

- HEALTH: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
- YOURSELF: Paid time off policy including holidays, sick time, and day off for your birthday, free concert tickets.

- A natural teacher — patient with people learning the tools, and motivated by making other teams better.
- Solid proven B2B lead generation, demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a strong track record of building pipeline in complex, multi-market environments.
