Responsibilities
- Reports to: Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM
- Day-to-day audience and email management across a portfolio of festival brands including a comprehensive test and refine programme. Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM on data management and collection in line with overall CRM strategy. Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the business, adapting to different festival audiences and brand identities. You will also support the shared team goal to grow reach, engagement and first party data
- Day to day running of email programmes for a portfolio of festivals
- Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM, making sure key festival moments are covered with email marketing and offering creative ideas for wider email campaigns
- Create regular emails and design new email templates for multiple festivals across the UK
- Reporting on key metrics to identify strengths and opportunities / inform future strategy
- Tailor emails as required and use design tweaks to improve email performance
- Build targeted audiences for a variety of festivals across the UK, ensure first party data collection is at the forefront of your strategy and focus on data retainment for current contacts
- Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM, create new automated email journeys
- Running regular tests on sends to make sure we’re constantly refining our strategy
- Data management: Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM
- Stakeholder management: Aligning with a variety of teams across the business on email briefs and dealing with a variety of requests, making sure each festival is given optimal support via email
- Deputise for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM when needed

Suitable candidates for this role may have held previous positions with job titles similar to Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive, Digital Marketing ExecutiveExceptional communication skills – written and verbalExperience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platformSkilled at using Microsoft OfficeConfident in working with multiple teams to deliver actionable resultsConfident and experienced data analyst – demonstrable interest in deriving actionable insights from web analyticsA passion for email marketing – understanding what makes them tick (and click)Ability to tweak HTML and build email templatesDetail oriented – immaculate attention to detailConfident in strategic planning to improve future emailsAbility to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlinesDemonstrable experience in digital marketing specifically in email marketing and audiences, with a clear understanding of the importance of first-party dataYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in presenting regularly on multiple areas of email marketingExperience using Adobe Photoshop, with an eye for visualsComfortable with segmenting and streamlining dataProactive, self-starter and a team playerPassion for live musicAble to work in evenings and weekends when necessaryThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success
