A key member of the Operations team, the Event Manager will support the planning and delivery of festivals, concerts and tours. The role covers all aspects of event management, including operational planning, procurement, supplier and stakeholder management, and budget control, while working closely with Finance, Marketing, Ticketing, Promoting and Production teams.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced live events environment. Previous experience within event management, project management, event coordination or production coordination would be advantageous, particularly within live music, festivals, touring or large-scale outdoor events. Flexibility and a willingness to travel and work on site, including evenings and weekends during event periods, will be essential.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, delivery and operational management of festivals, concerts and live events from initial planning through to on-site delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with the Senior Event Manager and Director of Operations.
- Manage event and festival budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking and cost control throughout the planning and delivery process.
- Procure, contract and manage event suppliers across a wide range of infrastructure and services, including stages, temporary structures, marquees, cabins, fencing, trackway, power, toilets, showers, catering, accommodation, Wi-Fi, CCTV and signage.
- Procure, contract and oversee key operational services, including site management, health and safety, waste management, artist liaison, production management, traffic management, security and medical provision.
- Support the preparation and development of site plans, operational specifications, event management plans and health and safety protocols.
