The Partner Success Facilitator is responsible for driving the day-to-day delivery and momentum of a high-volume portfolio of Live Nation brand partnerships, ensuring that agreed partnership plans are executed efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.

Reporting into the Head of Account Management, this role takes the strategic direction, priorities and partnership plan set by the Head of Account Management and turns these into clear actions, timelines and deliverables. Across the year, the Partner Success Facilitator may manage the execution of up to 20 partners, acting as the key day-to-day point of contact for progress, updates and delivery.

The role is fundamentally about making partnership execution feel easy. You will guide partners through Live Nation’s processes, help them navigate the complexities of delivering across festivals and live events, anticipate what needs to happen next and ensure projects continue to move forward. You will be a knowledgeable, confident and a trusted resource for partners.

The Partner Success Facilitator will be encouraged to find opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working, identifying where processes/templates/technology and tools can be used across multiple partnerships to create a slicker and more efficient festival season.

Alongside delivery, you will develop a strong understanding of each partner's objectives and activity, enabling you to identify potential opportunities for growth, additional rights or expanded activity. These opportunities will be fed back into the Head of Account Management to develop and deploy appropriate growth and upsell strategies.

Success in this role will be measured through partner satisfaction, quality and efficiency of execution and delivery against agreed plans.
