Live Nation UK’s R I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of live music fans. We’re looking for a Research and Insights Manager to support the research needs of the business. Reporting to the Director, R I; this role combines a passion for live music with expertise in research methodologies, data analysis and storytelling. As Manager, R I; you will gather, analyse and synthesise research to enhance the live event experience and deliver actionable insights that help us connect more deeply with our audiences.

What the role includes:
- Support the Director, R I to embed data and insights across the organisation.
- Translate research and data into clear, actionable insights using internal sources, third party tools and thought leadership research.
- Design and manage primary and secondary research projects, including survey design and execution.
- Analyse and synthesise data to tell compelling stories about fans, live music and brand opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with external research vendors.
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights (client or agency side).
- Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including end-to-end project experience.
- Skilled at turning data and metrics into meaningful narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to link insights to business goals.
- Proficiency in: Q, SPSS, DisplayR or equivalent social listening platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience in both B2B and B2C research.
- Background in multiple industries.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools for dashboarding and reporting.
